I was greeted by Paul Perrotta and asked to see a new Legacy. After carefully listening to me, Paul suggested a certified pre-owned Legacy to save money and still get a much lower mileage car. Just had my 5th visit to Grand Prix Subaru to get an oil change and an inspection and, as usual, I was in and out quickly without an appointment with no issues. From my 4 other visits (2 oil changes, 1 reg change and an inspection and, as usual, I was in and out quickly without an appointment with no issues. From my 4 other visits (2 oil changes, 1 regular service interval and a set of winter tires), they really care about their service and always follow up for feedback. Definitely the most pleasant car service dept. that I have ever dealt with. I will keep using them for the life of the car. More

I did meet Dan Ross after the purchase of my vehicle. He said he appreciated my business, and to remember him in the future if I needed assistance at the dealership. I did send a letter to Dan Ross a couple of weeks ago, stating a couple of recommendations I had and the concern visiting the Service Department, after scheduling a specific appointment for a specific job. Since Grand Prix has the reputation of reaching out to their customers, I am surprised I did not receive a reply to my letter in kind. Maybe Mr. Ross's reply was lost in the mail. These "little things" mean a lot to me, and it reflects the basic feelings of the dealership I believe Only Mr. Ross and I had this communication. It wasn't published in Newsday, or a part of a mass advertising campaign. It was just a letter with a couple of considerations between two grown adults, which I thought needed a response in a return letter. Needless to say I was disappointed. I had hoped Mr. Ross knew the importance of a private thought which was made AFTER the sale. More
I recently visited Grand Prix Subaru for the first time after moving to Long Island from Brooklyn. I needed an oil change and Grand Prix was able to fit me in without an appointment. He was extremely helpful and professional and, even though it was very busy that day, he answered all my questions without hesitation. I was in a little bit of a rush and he worked to get me out as quickly as possible. There is a Subaru service center a couple miles from my house, but thanks to Ray, I will be using Grand Prix for all my future Subaru needs even though it is an extra ten minute drive. Well worth the trip. Grand Prix is lucky to have such a devoted, knowledgeable, and attentive employee. More
I've always been extremely satisfied with the quality of work and related customer service offered by Ray, in particular, and the shop crew. We meet with salesman Frank Rush, go for test ride and agree we would like to purchase a certified 2013 Crosstrek. We agreed on price, trade in, and interest rate match on Sunday for a certified 2013 Crosstrek with Franco the manager and Frank the salesman with a handshake and deposit. I call Monday morning to confirm everything was ok, they give us a vague answer taht everythikng is fine. We drive an hour to the dealership only to have the finance department tell us they could not match our banks interest rate. When walking out of the dealership for good they of course tell us last second they could match it. We then wait three hours with no updates, other than a sorry from Frank our salesman on occasion. When I ask the manager Paul when our paperwork would be done he does not give us an answer time frame or any reassurance. Finally after three hours, our paperwork is ready. The dealership then has the gaul to ask us for another $75, after nearly paying $24,000 and making us wait for hours. When I inquire to Paul the manager why we are paying $75, he rudely says he is not losing any more money on the deal. We paid advertised asking price. When never even haggled. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE WHO DOESN'T LIKE THE BS OF DEALERSHIP HAGGLING. More

After being dissatisfied with, and walking out of, two previous dealerships closer to where we live, we decided to give Grand courteous and helpful. After being dissatisfied with, and walking out of, two previous dealerships closer to where we live, we decided to give Grand Prix Subaru a try. While browsing the showroom we were fortunate enough to be looking at a car close to where Roy was eating his lunch. He stopped eating to ask us if we needed help. Of course we declined, asking him to finish his lunch, but he insisted. We're glad he did and ended up buying a car from him! His expertise got us a great deal on a wonderful car and we were happy through the experience. Thank you Roy! More

We did not know any thing about the car except the fact that our son had bought one in Virginia and was very pleased with the car and his experience at his dealership. My husband and I had been shopping a different make of car and we were quite surprised how well the car drove and how reasonably priced it was. There was no pressure or any "this price is good for today only". We left the dealership without buying, but by the time we arrived back at our house we knew we were going to buy this car. After debating about the color, we decided on the silver with the black interior. We called Ray, gave him a deposit over the phone and we had our car in 2 days! We could not be happier with our decision. Thank you Roy Wander and Grand Prix for such a lovely buying experience! More

Joe went above and beyond and really gave merit to their motto of "we will satisfy you". I purchased my new Subaru Outback yesterday and I couldn't be any happier with the whole experience from start to finish. I live about 45 mins from the dealership and bypassed another Subaru dealer just a few miles from my house to deal with Grand Prix. It was every bit worth the trip!
