my husband and i bought our subarau outback 11 years ago from grand prix subarau. we looked around for other deanships, but no one was as knowledge or honest as these these guys. we have always taken our ca from grand prix subarau. we looked around for other deanships, but no one was as knowledge or honest as these these guys. we have always taken our car here to be serviced and their professionalism is just stellar. we just had some major work done on our car's engine and ray voesack and his team were fantastic. ray went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our car was fixed and we were happy. even geico our insurance company was amazed at the car's detailed maintenance records and ray's attentiveness to our problem. when the time comes (which we hope is a long way away) and we need to buy another car we will come back to grand prix and buy a subaru and we will continuing having ray as our maintenance point man. - jane and howard - another happy subaru family More

We came to Grand Prix Subaru to just ask a few questions as we were not ready to buy the car that first time. We spoke to Adam Michaelson, and my husband and I both felt very comfortable with him. We almost bought the car that day, but I wanted to go back to Adam, because he made such a good impression on us. Follow up meetings were also handled in a professional manner. We keep our cars a long long time, and we wanted to be sure we picked the one for us--Adam convinced us that we made the proper decision and so we left happy Subaru owners yesterday. Without having made up our minds on another car purchase coming off our Honda lease, my husband and I walked into Grand Prix Suburu. We are familiar with the brand's quality, safety and reliability, but ha coming off our Honda lease, my husband and I walked into Grand Prix Suburu. We are familiar with the brand's quality, safety and reliability, but have never owned a Suburu. We also do not know anyone directly who owns the brand. Upon our arrival we were greeted immediately by Roy (and Jamal in training) and before being asked what our plans were, Roy offered to take us around the showroom and test drive the XV CrossTrek (the car I liked). Only after I determined that I lwanted to pursue the car, did we discuss the options. Roy was courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. He listened to what our plans were, and worked with us on a deal that we were comfortable with. He was not pushy and did not try to up-sell us on options we were clear were of no interest to us. The rest of the staff, including Arnie in finance, helped get the car and paperwork in order in one day. Everything was easy to understand, and we were very pleased with the overall experience. I feel good about my purchase, and am looking forward to this car lasting a long time! I would definitely go back to Grand Prix and Roy for another Suburu down the road, and will absolutely recommend him and the entire staff to friends and family. More
