If you are looking for the typical miserable experience that car dealerships have been known for, lying, runaround, poor customer service, enter Grand Prix Subaru. We meet with salesman Frank Rush, go for that car dealerships have been known for, lying, runaround, poor customer service, enter Grand Prix Subaru. We meet with salesman Frank Rush, go for test ride and agree we would like to purchase a certified 2013 Crosstrek. We agreed on price, trade in, and interest rate match on Sunday for a certified 2013 Crosstrek with Franco the manager and Frank the salesman with a handshake and deposit. I call Monday morning to confirm everything was ok, they give us a vague answer taht everythikng is fine. We drive an hour to the dealership only to have the finance department tell us they could not match our banks interest rate. When walking out of the dealership for good they of course tell us last second they could match it. We then wait three hours with no updates, other than a sorry from Frank our salesman on occasion. When I ask the manager Paul when our paperwork would be done he does not give us an answer time frame or any reassurance. Finally after three hours, our paperwork is ready. The dealership then has the gaul to ask us for another $75, after nearly paying $24,000 and making us wait for hours. When I inquire to Paul the manager why we are paying $75, he rudely says he is not losing any more money on the deal. We paid advertised asking price. When never even haggled. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE WHO DOESN'T LIKE THE BS OF DEALERSHIP HAGGLING. More
Roy was a pleasure to work with! He was very honest, courteous and helpful. After being dissatisfied with, and walking out of, two previous dealerships closer to where we live, we decided to give Grand courteous and helpful. After being dissatisfied with, and walking out of, two previous dealerships closer to where we live, we decided to give Grand Prix Subaru a try. While browsing the showroom we were fortunate enough to be looking at a car close to where Roy was eating his lunch. He stopped eating to ask us if we needed help. Of course we declined, asking him to finish his lunch, but he insisted. We're glad he did and ended up buying a car from him! His expertise got us a great deal on a wonderful car and we were happy through the experience. Thank you Roy! More
When we entered this dealership we were greeted immediately and a salesman was called to assist us. We were fortunate to have been assigned Roy Wander. He was quite knowledgeable about the Subaru immediately and a salesman was called to assist us. We were fortunate to have been assigned Roy Wander. He was quite knowledgeable about the Subaru and the Forester, in particular. We did not know any thing about the car except the fact that our son had bought one in Virginia and was very pleased with the car and his experience at his dealership. My husband and I had been shopping a different make of car and we were quite surprised how well the car drove and how reasonably priced it was. There was no pressure or any "this price is good for today only". We left the dealership without buying, but by the time we arrived back at our house we knew we were going to buy this car. After debating about the color, we decided on the silver with the black interior. We called Ray, gave him a deposit over the phone and we had our car in 2 days! We could not be happier with our decision. Thank you Roy Wander and Grand Prix for such a lovely buying experience! More
If you're looking for a positive, friendly, and hassle free car buying experience I highly recommend Grand Prix Subaru. Joe Del Rossi was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process hassle free car buying experience I highly recommend Grand Prix Subaru. Joe Del Rossi was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process and even stayed late to make sure every question was answered and all of my needs were met. Joe went above and beyond and really gave merit to their motto of "we will satisfy you". I purchased my new Subaru Outback yesterday and I couldn't be any happier with the whole experience from start to finish. I live about 45 mins from the dealership and bypassed another Subaru dealer just a few miles from my house to deal with Grand Prix. It was every bit worth the trip! Thank you Joe for all your help and hard work! More
My first service with this dealership. The dealership I bought from had been sold and I was not happy with the new owners. Without an appointment they were able to service my car while I waited in the cle bought from had been sold and I was not happy with the new owners. Without an appointment they were able to service my car while I waited in the clean, comfortable waiting room. Raymond was very clear in his explanation of what needed to be done to may car. He was very professional and through. From the valet check in service to the quick turn around when it came time to pay I was pleased and will go back. More
I would recommend Grand Prix Subaru for anyone thinking about getting a new Subaru. I visited Hasset Subaru previously and was offended by their service. They made me feel like I was interrupting their pe about getting a new Subaru. I visited Hasset Subaru previously and was offended by their service. They made me feel like I was interrupting their personal time. They were rude, slow and couldn't answer simple questions I had about the vehicles I was test driving. When I walked into Grand Prix, Roy and the team made me feel welcome, comfortable and confident about my purchase. They took the time needed to find me the exact car I was looking for. Roy has a great personality and was very patient with me. He was a pleasure to work with, and it made the whole experience very enjoyable. Kudos to a great dealership! More
I purchased a 2014 Forester for my wife at Grand Prix I purchased a 2014 Forester for my wife at Grand Prix Subaru. First off, I don't live very close to this place. (About 45 mins away). I went to Gran I purchased a 2014 Forester for my wife at Grand Prix Subaru. First off, I don't live very close to this place. (About 45 mins away). I went to Grand Prix because after I decided to buy a forester, I started researching Subaru dealers to find the one with the best reviews. I have a Subaru dealer less than 2 miles away, but the reviews of that dealer were not that good, so I decided to drive a little further to buy the car. The experience at Grand Prix was way better than I could have hoped. I was looking to trade in my old car as well, so I was concerned about getting a good price on the trade-in as well as a good price on the new car. We met Cornelius, who was friendly, soft spoken and confident. We took a test drive and fell in love with the car. I had already done a lot of research on the car and was sold on the Forester, so he didn’t have to talk us into it. We just wanted a good price. We sat down and talked about the trade in and what options we wanted on the new car. We got a very good price on the trade-in and on the new car. We let them know up front what our budget was for this car and what we wanted to keep our payments to. My wife wanted navigation but no leather seats. This meant we had to go for a premium model with Navigation. I wanted Dark Grey. It was not an easy combination to find, especially with a car that is such demand right now. I knew it was going to take some time to find the car we wanted and we would have to be patient. During that time, they answered my questions, when I had them and kept me informed of how the search was going. I spoke with Joe Delrossi on the phone several times when Cornelius was on vacation and he filled me in on what they were doing to find the car. I was very impressed, and I'm not one to be impressed easily. They found the car and it was exactly what we had wanted. It took only 3 weeks, which was faster than I anticipated. I checked other dealer’s inventory and there were no Premiums with Navigation anywhere! They managed to get us the car and we picked it up yesterday. Cornelius showed us around the car and some of the gadgets we had with it. George schappi, helped us out with the paper work and is a super kind guy who was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was in order. We met with the finance manager Arnie Price, who explained some the programs/warrantees we could get. Normally, I hate this part of buying a car, but he made it painless and informative. We ended up getting the extended warrantee even though I told myself in advance I wouldn’t. I never felt pushed into anything, he just showed me what we can get and it seemed like a good deal. The car itself, is awesome! I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. More

The service manager never called me after the sales associate promised he would. Our 2012 forester is a dud and I believe they knew it was when they sold it to us last November. The car has 26 k on it associate promised he would. Our 2012 forester is a dud and I believe they knew it was when they sold it to us last November. The car has 26 k on it and doesnt run right. Sometimes it doesn't even start but service can't seem to find anything wrong with it...of course. So we make our monthly payments of $474 and know that we got tricked. Also received a letter from Grand Prix general manager telling us we could come in and trade in our 2012 Forester and they would pay 2500 over the value, they proceeded to tell us that "it's just not a good deal for us to buy this car back" and sent us on our merry way. I still have that letter in my possession and am debating and toying with what I will be doing with it. No thank you Grand Prix! I WILL NOT Be buying another car from you again - EVER! Update!!! After speaking with the manager Dan Ross a number of times we came to an agreement and my husband and I ended up purchasing a new car. We are happy that we were able to come to an agreement and as always Joe was extremely helpful, kind and understanding. I do appreciate that Dan, the manager, tried very hard to make sure I left from there a happy costumer. Our car was purchased back for a pretty low price and the new car was sold to us at a very high price but business is business and there is very little anyone can do about that. Overall we are satisfied and hope that our new car will last a long time. More
