Amazing Experiance! Just traded in my 2004 Subaru Baja Turbo Sport which I had for 10+ years and over 100k miles. Loved that vehicle and it was bittersweet to give up but Just traded in my 2004 Subaru Baja Turbo Sport which I had for 10+ years and over 100k miles. Loved that vehicle and it was bittersweet to give up but I was ready for a sedan, a Legacy in particular. Looking at the used cars I decided on a 2011 Legacy 3.6 in blue which was fully loaded with options that I'm still learning about. Although the Legacy was high mileage, in every other way it is a beautiful, responsive and comfortable vehicle which I have already gotten many compliments on, many people congratulating me on my "New" car. Salesman Mike Porcelli was helpful in every question or assistance that I asked for and followed up in the details, I like that! So thanks to Mike and also to Jenna who handled the financing and made it effortless on my part, she's a whiz with the numbers, helpful and no pressure. All in all a very pleasant experience, I got a great car at a very good price. I have been a customer of Grand Prix since 2005 for the purchase and maintenance of my Baja, and looking forward to sticking with them with this Legacy. Who knows, in a few short years when I retire I may be back for a brand new fully loaded Legacy to take me into the retirement years, which is when you want the dependability of a Subaru for years to come More

I was assigned a salesman named Roy, who actually paid attention to what I was looking for, found exactly what I asked for without add-ons that I had stated I did not want, and we had a deal in total under 15 minutes! it was a pleasant experience in car buying for sure! I would recommend this dealer over others I had visited, and I am appreciative for everyone at Grand Prix Subaru. To add to the good, I was warned it might take 4-6 weeks for my car to arrive, but it came in 1 week. Larry More
Total crooks I bought a 2015 Forrester there last year. I did the calculated payments online which were nothing like what they told me my payments would be (I hav I bought a 2015 Forrester there last year. I did the calculated payments online which were nothing like what they told me my payments would be (I have excellent credit). Their explanation was the calculator is never accurate - then why have it? Steering not right a month later. I drive 7 minutes to work each day, don't put a lot of mileage on the car at all. Brakes were almost to the floor. I brought it in, they kept it for a day and told me everything checked out just fine. Today I was told my tires are shot and I can see they are all cracked. I have put less than 10k on them, do not drive off road, our through salt water, no reason for tire failure after 8k miles. I was promised that parts that were damaged were on order and going to be replaced...crickets. Never going to do business with them again. More

Great Customer Service I was in the market to purchase a new car, and had several models in mind when I decided to stop at Grand Prix Subaru on my way home from work. I had I was in the market to purchase a new car, and had several models in mind when I decided to stop at Grand Prix Subaru on my way home from work. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day, but did want to get a price on a possible purchase. I was greeted by a friendly and professional young woman when I walked in the door, and was seen shortly upon arrival without having made a prior appointment. I had the pleasure of speaking with Paul Kaplan. He spent well over an hour with me going over the various features and accessories available, explaining the changes from the prior years model. He also encouraged me to test drive the car, and take as much time as I needed to feel comfortable. He was in no way pushy or overbearing and was patient and understanding when I told him I had no intention of purchasing a car that day, but if things worked out would be back within two weeks to do so. Paul was diligent in keeping contact through both phone calls and e-mails. He was patient when I expressed concerns over the quoted price, and explained I was looking at other more local dealers, as well as searching KBB and TrueCar for prices. He was able to match the True Car quote with no questions asked, and was overall extremely helpful during the process. I placed a Factory Order for a 2016 Forester Premium, and am anxiously awaiting it's arrival just in time for the winter. More
