Fantastic I was dreading this experience. Buying a car is not like buying a pair of shoes -- though I guess depending on the designer, it could feel like a dow I was dreading this experience. Buying a car is not like buying a pair of shoes -- though I guess depending on the designer, it could feel like a down payment on a house -- where a person can just run in and run out. I couldn't just settle on anything since this is a purchase that I don't ever want to do again. Luckily, I had the pleasure of having Kosta help me get what I wanted and at a fantastic price too. He listened to what I wanted, to what I was looking for and he was able to find me the exact car. He even went and made my grandfather a new pot of coffee to make sure he wasn't getting the crappy left overs. I'm even trying to convince my boyfriend to look into the value of his car is so he could purchase a Subaru as well. If I ever find myself in the situation again of needed another car, I would definitely come back to Grand Prix. Hopefully, Kosta will still be working there if I ever need to buy again. More

Mr. Kosta was courteous and respectful and friendly (all around nice guy). He listened to his customers and answered all of my questions. The whole place had a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Subaru in the New York City and Long Island area. Hendrick More

Came down, saw my vehicle, worked the price a bit, and we made a deal rather quickly. One thing after another they handled professionally. Like anything else, come in informed (car dealers are still a business). I want to thank Vinny O for working up all my points and addressing my requests in a timely fashion. Between their front office, and service center, I think they have a good product. For GP: Guys, please work a bit on the timeliness of the paperwork. It would be more ideal to be out in less than 3 hours. Cheers ! More

I went there and met George Schappi ,very humble and respectful guy! FYI I am very difficult & tough negotiator but George patiently listen to my demands and low price offers, He is very well informed about the cars and features, being a nerd my self I assume that he didnt knew that well but wrong!! he is very well educated about cars mechanism and newer electronics( eye sight.lane assist/sensors /cameras) One weak point George didnt give me super low price but I have to searched the truecar price and bring it to show his boss TED hanlon. George did gave me complimentary subaru tumbler!!full marks to George! for being such a gentlemen and being honest! Its my 7th car purchase so I know car salesmen and honesty is kinda oxymoron word now a days!but grand prix subaru proved it wrong! not a single person from lower staff to upper management lied about single stuff, they gave me written sample contracts and bring there parts people to ask directly if they are right or wrong!He made me test drive various SUV options and remained patient all time. Now the icing on the cake Business Manager Raymond Voesack: simple word he is the best finance guy I came across ,again humble ,respectful and honest. Yes a finance manager who is honest!!! He genuinely showed me the warranties which I need! I asked for the warranty papers and guess what he printed and gave me full time to read comfortably !Very honest and straight forward guy! He was working before for the service dept and thats his stronger aspect ,he knew whats going to be need extended warranties and whats not.He never pushed to any purchase not even one time! I cant believe it. He said just be comfortable buy what I think I need,I went with dad ,sis and wifie and he answered all of their questions in detail. He is a huge potential as a finance guy because he is not the typical finance manager who is worried about money and commissions he seemed to be very straight forward and knowledgeable when it comes to the car maintainance because of his prior experience is service dept. In the end I got the same price and deal what I was looking for special thanks to SHAWN MYERS and Vinny Ortolani both guys helped me even though I am not buying from them directly! I wish I can get the same car buying experience every where I go, its not about the price or the deal its about treating the customer right way and Grand prix subaru did it time and again! I dont love subarus that much but because of this wonderfull experience I will buy another one pretty soon from same dealership. THANKS GEORGE & RAYMOND (he is THE guy)!!! I know what I wanted, so the test drive was just a confirmation of my choice. When it comes to the price negotiation, Mikey goes above & beyond to help with negotiating a good price, going back & forth with his sales manager to get me an excellent price. Car was ordered, need to wait about 3 weeks for it. Meanwhile Mikey kept me updated on the car's arrival time, and let me know as soon as the car gets there. Overall this is a good buying experience. Would come again if I am in need of another car. More

My salesperson was Michael Porcelli and he made the whole experience pleasant and super easy. I particularly appreciated the fact that he was always one step ahead and started the next step before we finished the last one to ensure I was never waiting around for things to be done - it made the process go much more smoothly and much quicker. I would definitely recommend Michael and Grand Prix Subaru to any friends in the market for a car. Oh, and I love my new Forester XT! More

We did go to other dealers, both on line, and in person. We got a much better deal at Grand Prix. They didn't have the car either, due to it being in short supply. So Joe ordered one for us. And said he would try to locate one. A few days later her found one. We picked it up last night, and we both love it. This is my fifth Subaru, three from Grand Prix, and they keep getting better. I highly recommend Subaru, and the best place to buy one is Grand Prix! More

Amazing Experiance! Just traded in my 2004 Subaru Baja Turbo Sport which I had for 10+ years and over 100k miles. Loved that vehicle and it was bittersweet to give up but Just traded in my 2004 Subaru Baja Turbo Sport which I had for 10+ years and over 100k miles. Loved that vehicle and it was bittersweet to give up but I was ready for a sedan, a Legacy in particular. Looking at the used cars I decided on a 2011 Legacy 3.6 in blue which was fully loaded with options that I'm still learning about. Although the Legacy was high mileage, in every other way it is a beautiful, responsive and comfortable vehicle which I have already gotten many compliments on, many people congratulating me on my "New" car. Salesman Mike Porcelli was helpful in every question or assistance that I asked for and followed up in the details, I like that! So thanks to Mike and also to Jenna who handled the financing and made it effortless on my part, she's a whiz with the numbers, helpful and no pressure. All in all a very pleasant experience, I got a great car at a very good price. I have been a customer of Grand Prix since 2005 for the purchase and maintenance of my Baja, and looking forward to sticking with them with this Legacy. Who knows, in a few short years when I retire I may be back for a brand new fully loaded Legacy to take me into the retirement years, which is when you want the dependability of a Subaru for years to come More
