PERFECT I was in the market for a NEW SUBARU. I went to three dealers on long island. Grand Prix had the best customer support, understanding, patience, and I was in the market for a NEW SUBARU. I went to three dealers on long island. Grand Prix had the best customer support, understanding, patience, and we can also say love for SUBARU. When I walked in we were greeted with professionalism from the start, from there the experience just improved. Roy was the sales person I dealt with. He was not a normal pushy sales person. He did not rush me into making a decision. I made him aware that we were going to another dealership the next day as my sister purchased a Subaru from that dealer. He asked for the opportunity to counter the offer, we made an appointment with him for Saturday. The experience at the other dealer was not as friendly and the professionalism was nowhere near the experience I had with Roy. On Saturday I leased my 2016 Forester Limited with Roy. I then met with Shawn Mayers (Finance) who also showed the same professionalism. He was very easy to speak to and explained all the products that were available. I was interested in some extra protection, he guided me in the right direction, understanding what my needs were. NEVER ONCE DID YOU FEEL ANY PRESSURE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I would recommend ROY and SHAWN to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru. I will be back in three years when my lease is up. THANKS AGAIN to ROY and SHAWN for all the help and guidance. More

Between choosing the type of auto, the color, leasing, buying- it's all a little much. When I walked into Grand Prix auto I didn't feel stressed at all. The sales people let me look around without following me around. When I was ready to talk about the vehicle I was interested in, I was introduced to my sales representative Jamie Borack. Jamie was so knowledgeable with all the cars that were on the floor. She helped me pick out the perfect car for me- the Legacy. This is my first Subaru and I absolutely LOVE it!!!!!! Jamie made things so easy and put a lot of time into working with me. I will definitely be returning to Jamie when my lease is up!! More

She answered my questions very knowledgeably, helped me in getting a good deal. She also showed a lot of patience when explaining the new features, did not rush me out of the door and even offered her help in the future if needed. I also had a very good experience with Jenna who helped with the warranty and other paperwork. All in all it was a very positive experience and I am sure I will buy my next Subaru at Grand Prix. More

My salesperson was Joe DelRossi and after doing my homework n calling multiple dealers I accidentally stumbled upon this place and got Joe on the phone. His inviting and comforting demeanor got my attention. I remember what he said . "I would like to earn your business". I've heard that before but I felt like he really meant it. Thanks Joe. He found the car I was interested in with the package and color I wanted. The VIP program is great ! Shaw Mayers was very nice and was able to get the loan for the terms we wanted. Was Ignored Went to Grand Prix Subaru this afternoon because I was very interested in leasing the 2016 Forrester 2.5i Limited with Nav. This was the one car that Went to Grand Prix Subaru this afternoon because I was very interested in leasing the 2016 Forrester 2.5i Limited with Nav. This was the one car that I really wanted to see (highly rated, safe, good value for the money, etc) and wanted someone experienced with the car to help me out (i.e a dealer). The only person in the empty (and I mean empty) showroom that was trying to help me out was the receptionist. She made a couple of overhead announcements but there were no takers. I went to help myself and look at the car myself and after I finished I noticed that one of the salesmen was there striking up a conversation with her. She asked him if he was available, he stated no and walked away as I approached. A total of 4 salesmen passed me by without one being available. This was about 1pm in the afternoon and the only customers was this elderly group that was being helped by one sales person. I took the snub as a sign that they didn't want my business and departed. This is the sign of a poorly run dealership. They really should change their business practices, or fire the salesmen that were working that afternoon. I will go to another dealership that is in the business of selling cars. More

Enjoyable and friendly I went to grand prix from a referral from a friend. I wanted to lease a car. I was first greeted by Vinny Ortolani, the general sales manager. He forwarded me to this nice salesman Eric baltazar. My experience with Eric was very nice. He was very professional and made the car buying process so easy. I ended up financing a 2015 subaru impreza. Eric helped me choose a car that was in my budget and best suited me. He was very personable. I had to wait 2 wks for my car to be delivered. It was worth the wait. The financial manager Jenna Donnelly made the transfer process of my trade in and my new purchase speedy. Everyone from the front secretary to salesman were very friendly. You feel like you've walked into a real family dealership. I would recommend grand prix hicksville to all my friends. I would refer specifically Eric who made the beginning to end process enjoyable.
