It's difficult to establish a relationship with a dealership that's based on trust and these people are FAR from trustworthy. Be careful! They came back with .53% lower which was ok with us, but according to the finance lady, she said that in order to get that rate we had to add GAP we denied GAP several times then she snuck in their BS platinum coverage. She said that was another way to keep the rate lower. I asked several times if we were to remove to platinum would that change our payment and she said no because our interest rate would increase. I called the finance company after the fact only to discover I had been lied to. I did the math and I had my brother in fiance look over the numbers and sure enough, even with the .53% increase, my payment would have been $31 cheaper because the car would have been $2000 cheaper without the added coverage. Sure, it's only $31, but it's the dishonesty that I can't get past. She told me it wouldn't have a difference and the payment would be the same. Lies. I called several times to discuss this only to get a return call because I left a bad review... that's shady. None of the managers returned my call. Interestingly, when we were looking for a vehicle they did not hesitate to call many times. In the future, I will absolutely make sure this doesn't happen again by checking with the finance company PRIOR to signing or having my husband sign. It's definitely a learning lesson and I most certainly will not return. There's no rectification for this and that's ok. You live and you learn. More
