Tried to work with Danny, but he never answered a single email from me. He sent me the orginal “thanks for contacting us, how can we help” email and then when I replied 4 times over 4 days he never replied. email from me. I purchased a Ford truck from this Dealership in 2017. I called to make an appointment to get it serviced under warranty because I was hearing grinding noise coming from the front Drivers side wheel (not I called to make an appointment to get it serviced under warranty because I was hearing grinding noise coming from the front Drivers side wheel (not the brakes). I drove 60 miles passing many Ford Dealerships along the way. My Service Advisor tells me it will 7-10 Business days before they get to diagnose it. Either Ford vehicles are breaking down in droves or the Service Dept is poorly ran because 7-10 business days is beyond ridiculous. I was considering buying another truck from them but this changes my choice of Dealerships. I don't want to hear any COVID-19 excuses at this point. You either have qualified Techs or you don't. I checked with other Dealerships and the wait for them varies from 3-5 Days after appointment. Needless to say I made an appointment elsewhere. More
