Jackie is fantastic this is the 5th or 6th Expedition I have bought from him over the past few years. The “make ready” on my vehicle was not great. Cracked windshield and broken glovebox discovered shortl have bought from him over the past few years. The “make ready” on my vehicle was not great. After hearing a noise coming from the rear, I found a golf ball in a rear compartment that was rolling around. Thanks to Jackie all issues were resolve and I love the Expedition. More

They don't care about you. Kelly Blue book had my car at 11k trade in value and they offered me 4k. They are not worried about making money or the customer happy. Absolutely crazy that in today's market where dealerships are begging for used vehicles bc that's all that people are buying and they offer me 4k on a truck that runs smooth and is lifted with tires and wheels worth what they offered me. WARNING stay away from Grand Prairie Ford because they will screw you over and I would put zero stars if I could. I bought a car from Ron Smith on July 30th and within a few days the check engine light ca will screw you over and I would put zero stars if I could. I bought a car from Ron Smith on July 30th and within a few days the check engine light came on. I also noticed that the alignment felt weird so I took the car to an alignment shop and they found suspension damage and told me to go to a body shop. They also said there may be possible frame damage as well. I went back to the dealership on August 4th to have them look at it. I received a text from the mechanic saying “We were told by sales not to fix the check engine light, but we did clear the light”. I spoke on the phone with Ron Smith (the one who sold me the car) and tried to explain my concerns about what the mechanic said and he was very disrespectful and even raised his voice at me. He denied saying this even though I have a text message from the mechanic saying otherwise. After that experience I wanted to talk to the manager because it felt like I was getting no where with the salesman. I ended up waiting a long time and felt like no one was taking me seriously. Once I finally got ahold of Jason Mendoza (the sales manager) I tried to explain the situation and my concern for my safety while driving that car. He tried to turn it around on me and say it was my fault when in fact the car is unsafe to drive. He was willing to put me and my five year old nephew (who I take care of on a daily basis) in harms way like our lives didn’t matter. If you’re trying to purchase a vehicle, do not go here because they will screw you over. If you’re in the market for a damaged car for full price and horrible customer service then this is your place! More

Worst customer service I had had from a dealership in 50 years. Mader appt to have just and oil & filter chance, nothing else for 10.30am Sat morning. We I arrived I was the only vehicle in the bay and I w years. Mader appt to have just and oil & filter chance, nothing else for 10.30am Sat morning. We I arrived I was the only vehicle in the bay and I waited 10 minutes before someone came out to my truck. I live an hour away so I had to wait for my truck. After 3 hours I asked the service advisor where was my truck and he said it was almost ready. I ask him why it is taking so long for just and oil change and I had an appt. He said I had to wait in line. I asked him what is the purpose of having an appointment. I told him the sign in the office says appts are given priority. He did not know of any sign. It also says that on their receipt. After 3 and 1/2 hours my truck was finished and was not even washed. It took that long just for and oil change, That is unacceptable and I was never informed of the status while I was waiting. I will never go back to this dealership. They could have at least offered a free oil change for my trouble. More
