Purchased my second vehicle from them, first was much smoother but the second was fine. The overall experience was good but the transaction could have been faster than it was. I’m extremely pleased that they took the time to deliver the vehicle an hour and a half away as I was out of town! The only real complaint is dealer addons, those should be added during the transaction by request or really any other manner than just stuck on the vehicle and forced to purchase, dirty tactic many are doing. However, I’m willing to purchase from them again. I spoke to two other dealerships and they took no priority in me not being in store, these guys treated me no different than face to face! More

Our main aggravation was how dirty the car was that we bought. They smeared armor all over everything so thick we had to have it detailed after purchasing. There was spilled coke, crumbs, a lighter, pen, chapstick, all kinds of random things left in there. It was clear the dealership didn’t put any effort into detailing it after the last owner. The car had been at their lot for a few weeks so it’s not like it was a fresh trade and they didn’t have time to clean it. Salesman was great but the sales manager would not come out and talk to us while negotiating so it made the process much longer than it needed to be. Again our salesman was great, he was doing his job but was acting as a messenger between us and the sales manager. More
