UPDATE. 10/29/22. Ford Motor Credit voided original contract. We agreed to re-write the contract. Grand Prairie Ford removed the $1295 Dealer adjustment fee 10/29/22. Ford Motor Credit voided original contract. We agreed to re-write the contract. Grand Prairie Ford removed the $1295 Dealer adjustment fee and Ford Motor Credit honored their original quote of .99% interest. There was still $266 dealer adjustment for what I dont know but they would not remove it. Also they would not refund the $800 I paid to have paint reconditioned to get all scratches out. Im only 80% satisfied with Grand Prairie Ford Cause they would not pay for paint repair & remove $266 dealer adjustment fee. I am 100% happy with Ford Motor Credit for honoring .99% financing. Original review I bought a 2021 ford ranger crew cab STX 2 wheel drive Certified Preowned truck with 7500 miles on it. They force you to pay $1295 for future oil changes. Then I applied online for financing and was told I was approved for .009 % Through Ford Credit. Then when I got to dealership they said that is only for new vehicles and charged me 5.85%. The truck I bought is black & the paint has major hair line scratches all the way around the truck. It looks like they tried to buff out the scratches and burned the paint. They told me it is "AS IS" cause its used. This truck is a Certified Preowned Vehicle. You pay more for Certified Preowned Vehicles because they do a 175 point inspection to make sure there are no problems. I can not believe a Ford dealer would sell a certified preowned one owner vehicle with only 7500 miles on it with scratches & burned paint. The next day after I bought the truck I had to take it to a body shop to get the paint reconditioned. It has been in the body shop for 10 days. I have not even driven this truck 50 miles since I bought it. I do not recommend you do business with this dealership. They refuse to fix the paint or pay for the bill from an outside body shop who is fixing the paint. They say it is "AS IS". I thought certified pre owned came with some kind of warranty.
