He was the salesman for both my cars from GPF. I don't think I would purchase from another dealership! More

The "Out to Lunch Bunch" I purchased my '17 pickup new from GPF and had a lovely experience doing so. I thought I'd get an oil change and general checkup for my pickup since I am coming up on owning it for a year. So I set up an appointment to take it in. Drove into the Service facility; waited about 5 minutes for somebody to go out and welcome me. (I was 5 minutes early; maybe only the first or second customer there at that moment, in that area.) Nobody bothered. So I got out and went in thru one of their many doors. Walked down the hall and saw 3 service reps standing there chatting away with my pickup in full view. Cutting to the chase, I was told that there would be a 1 1/2 to 2-hour wait. For an oil change--with an appointment?! Really?! So I quickly left and headed on over to Valvoline, where they're always glad for my business and certainly treat me that way. Grand Prairie Ford's Service Department team was so worthless. The attitude was such as they were out to lunch and I was on my own. I'll find another dealer to do warranty work and similar follow up stuff. But I won't be bothering the worthless nitwits at Grand Prairie Ford's Service Department again. More
Grand Prairie Ford service dept is excellent Been going there since I bought the fusion. The service writers do a great job of getting me in and getting me out. I don't like to screw around with car maintenance so I go there a lot. Always made to feel welcome and valued. More

As with all dealerships for the most part I had to negotiate a bit to get what i wanted and where i wanted it at but they worked with me to make it happen and got me into a "brand new" vehicle at %17 lower interest rate than i was before on my used vehicle with just so so credit More
Good Honest people to do Business with Jackie Mercer is always a delight to deal with. He has a very pleasing personality. He has patience and kindness that is sincere. I feel bad that I d Jackie Mercer is always a delight to deal with. He has a very pleasing personality. He has patience and kindness that is sincere. I feel bad that I do not remember the ladies name that handled the finance part, she was an absolute delight. She was very through, answered all of our questions. It is the first time I believe I can ever remember enjoying going into debit. Brett I believe was his name who prepped the truck was very good. Showed us how everything worked. Had patience and took the time to make sure we knew everything we needed to know. Good place to go to be dealt with fairly and honestly. More

He flat out lied about the terms of our loan, that was on already established line of credit through our bank. He informs us that we can’t choose length of terms as well as blaming our credit on that decision. The bank states the complete opposite. He then states that the wrong vin was entered that caused issues with our deal. Funny thing he doesn’t know is that i have both vin numbers used they are the same year and same model vehicle and not a Ford F-150 like he states. The underwriter of the bank even felt like this guy was shady. We know for fact and an email from our bank that shows we could be getting better terms on the loan. I would not use this dealership and I will never use this dealership any more. Shady as shady can be. More
Outstanding Effort / Outstanding Customer Service I'm not accustomed to purchasing pre-owned vehicles, but I love my (new) 2014 Ford Explorer Sport - just love it. But inside of 5 weeks since I purcha I'm not accustomed to purchasing pre-owned vehicles, but I love my (new) 2014 Ford Explorer Sport - just love it. But inside of 5 weeks since I purchased my Explorer, the service I received both times just blew me away. They obviously have a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Darrell Casey went out of his way this morning. They have a customer for life in me. More
Not trustworthy, look elsewhere I would never trust, nor recommend anyone do business at this dealership. Over a few days I had emailed the “internet manager” at Grand Prairie F I would never trust, nor recommend anyone do business at this dealership. Over a few days I had emailed the “internet manager” at Grand Prairie Ford about a vehicle I was interested in. I found the vehicle on Autotrader and on Grand Prairie Ford’s website inventory, listed at an attractive price. I continuously asked for their best price, including my company discount. The internet manager was insistent that he could not share the price until I came to the dealership to see the car. After being denied the price by phone or email 3+ times, I finally gave in and told the dealer I would come to the dealership. The same day of my visit they emailed me that they would have the car pulled up and ready to drive if I tell them when I will arrive. I emailed one last time when I was 30-min away and the dealer again stated they would have the car ready when I arrived. Upon arrival, I was greeted by some very professional/friendly sales persons. Unfortunately, those were not the sales people or management I would deal with. When I finally met the “internet manager” I had been emailing, I was greeted by an unprofessional young man who attempted (unsuccessfully) to have some sincere conversation. Oddly, at the desk next to us, sat his manager appearing to be working, but looking over his monitor as if to observe our conversation. Our salesman took our ID’s to make copies before getting the keys to take us on a test drive. Upon his return, he did not have the keys, but rather a story of how the car had been sold and was no longer available. Quickly dismissing the fact that I had driven all the way to the dealership to see this vehicle he had promised would be ready, he then offered other cars in its place (none of the same model I was interested in). I am thoroughly convinced that the car was never available and they used my interest in the vehicle to lure me to the dealership in hopes of making another deal. When I asked to speak to a manager, he went to find him, back in the office, not in the desk next to us, as he had moved. The manager was no better at assisting or explaining what had just happened. He even said, “I have no issue sharing pricing via email or phone before you come in”, to which my salesman could not respond, just froze. I am sure I caught them in a lie. More
