Went a month ago to get part ordered that wasn’t available when car was bought. Was told last Thursday that part was in & I could come anytime to get it installed! First I call them and they tell me that my suv needs a new transmission but I tell them is still under warranty and next day they call me to let me know that was a mistake that was an another suv whit and new transmission but I tell them is still under warranty and next day they call me to let me know that was a mistake that was an another suv whit and the a customer whit the same name that’s crazy plus I ask for a car in till they fix my suv and they said to call another dealer to ask for it and sure, pick up my vehicle and is doing the same thing so now I’m going to take it to another dealer so I’m never going to buy or take any of my vehicles to this dealership and I ready buy 2 vehicles form this dealer but never again More
