The worst service my car was not repaired under the the extended warranty insurance promoted by dealership.. No loaner car was ever offered i spent over $4000.00 out of my pocket. MISSING PARTS WHEN MACHAN extended warranty insurance promoted by dealership.. No loaner car was ever offered i spent over $4000.00 out of my pocket. MISSING PARTS WHEN MACHANIC WAS REPLACEing them. Left car at shop becaus the service manager Malcom did not do anything to protect me while under extend warranty. I making your company aware of the illegal tactics that happened to me. My vehicle is still at Graff Chevrolet dealership no trust worthy because of Rodney not getting back with the extended warranty insurance company cover by my purchase of it doing the term of contract. Been my first time to have work done on my HHR at this dealership in years so it took some time with the checking in process but things went rather smoothly thereafter and I got my car back much sooner th dealership in years so it took some time with the checking in process but things went rather smoothly thereafter and I got my car back much sooner than I was expecting.
