Joe, the service worker, was amazing. However, my main concern is how everything was communicated. I was there for an hour and a half, and I received updates like, “Oh, they’re washing th However, my main concern is how everything was communicated. I was there for an hour and a half, and I received updates like, “Oh, they’re washing the car. It will be done in 10 minutes.” Yet, I ended up waiting for 40 more minutes with no follow-up after I was processed for a loan car and told to wait in the lobby. An hour later, I found out that I didn’t need the loan car because my car was actually ready, but it somehow wasn’t ready earlier. There was a lack of clarity and communication throughout the process. I waited for an hour and a half under the impression that I would be receiving a loan car, only to discover that my car was finished instead. Nothing was communicated to me regarding the delays in preparing the loan car. The situation could have been handled more efficiently, and clearer communication would have significantly reduced my frustration. More
