The process took almost all day. I had to return to 3 times due to lack of information that I needed to bring with me. This was in fact the worst service provided. Not only did they attempt to charge me for services that I did not ask for they also did not do as I asked in to replace windshield washer & they did Not only did they attempt to charge me for services that I did not ask for they also did not do as I asked in to replace windshield washer & they did and oil pan reseal with out fresh oil like who the xxxx does that.
