Took over 1 month, to get my toolbox from under the seat, out of trade in. I bought $165k in 2 new vehicles, same day, and response time was horrible. Then, when I did show up to pickup toolbox, it was not e out of trade in. I bought $165k in 2 new vehicles, same day, and response time was horrible. Then, when I did show up to pickup toolbox, it was not even un-installed. Which was 2 10mm nuts. Response time to message system is sub par. Actual follow through is sub par. Especially, when TWO 2025 vehicles purchased at same time. I will not go back, nor refer. Also, MANY clerical issues. Wrong vin vs vehicles, etc More
