Stefanie told me the parts were in for my two recalls and scheduled me for 7am October 16th. After I check in and waited around for 90 minutes, the cashier comes over to me to tell me the parts did not come scheduled me for 7am October 16th. After I check in and waited around for 90 minutes, the cashier comes over to me to tell me the parts did not come in and may come in today. I wasted 50 miles, time and gas on my leased truck and this is truly unacceptable. The Director was not available at the time. More
