We have been in the market to trade in our truck for sometime. We had tried working with Foster Motors in Middlebury Vt. They apparently were not interested in our business. He and his manager were VERY HONEST...and Steve even took time away from his family to come in on Sunday morning to finish the deal! But, I was recently reminded how much loyalty meant to Goss Dodge when I went in to purchase a new vehicl Notch service and response over the years. Honest, no pressure discussion on the financial piece, and they gave me good money for my trade. Quite Fair! While I waited, I could see that the other customers were treated in the same manner. I have purchased a used vehicle through this dealership and my wife and I just leased our 2nd Chrysler Mini Van through them and they are awesome to deal with on many levels... All my experiences inclusive of using their service department have been great. Both Todd and Wayne went out of their way to make sure my wife and I were satisfied with the vehicle we were leasing and I can't thank them enough. They made sure we were educated on the details of the lease as well as the features of the vehicle. They were genuine and sincere which is hard to find at a dealership. This review concerns the Service Department (or lack thereof) ... I have never dealt with the Sales Department, but would never do so. The Service Department Manager and Service Advisors turned over ea thereof) ... I have never dealt with the Sales Department, but would never do so. The Service Department Manager and Service Advisors turned over earlier this year, and the current group is incompetent, arrogant, and rude (a deadly combo), I have a Jeep Wrangler, and experienced some significant front-end suspension problems (Google Jeep Wrangler Death Wobble) immediately following (the same day) a scheduled service appointment ... the dealership performed a complimentary '25-point inspection', and concluded that the vehicle was in perfect working condition ... notsomuch. After the Service Manager repeatedly refused to discuss the situation via phone, I took my Jeep to another dealer ... turns out there were four significant problems ... any of which (individually) presented a serious safety hazard. So the Service Techs and Service Manager are completely incompetent, and not qualified to properly service and repair Jeep Wranglers. Several weeks later, I sent a detailed email to the dealership's President, and have never received any response whatsoever. Apparently, the incompetence, arrogance, and rudeness that I experienced start at the top, and flow down from there. Recently, I spoke with one of the former Service Advisors, and he told me that this behavior is entirely consistent with the way business is done at Willie Racine's. Avoid any/all interaction with this dealership, and you will be better off for it. More

The team at Goss was very friendly and accomodating.
