We ordered this car on the phone back in June.Back in the 60's and 70's,we had 3 Darts,all a little different.Through the years,we have purchased many 1st year models,and were eager to do so again.We ordered 60's and 70's,we had 3 Darts,all a little different.Through the years,we have purchased many 1st year models,and were eager to do so again.We ordered a white Rallye model,2.0 liter automatic,with a ruby/black interior.It arrived on Friday the 24th,and the dealer called us immediately to check it out and road test it.We agreed to purchase it,and of course wanted it as soon as possible.As busy as the service department was on a Friday afternoon,the service manager personally saw to it that it went through the shop to get it ready for delivery.We went down after dinner and dealt with Steve Sholes.We had heard that he had been there for over twenty years,and we had dealt with him on an earlier purchase.He had all the paperwork ready for us,and went over the various features of the Dart.It really was a painless experience,and we were on our way in no time.We have had the car for a week now,and have no problems to report.Around town driving has so far given us 29.9 miles per gallon.Fantastic compared to our previous car which was a Dodge Avenger,which got on average 14-15 miles per gallon around town.We have noticed a lot of eyes on us at stop lights and parking lots.Very sleek looking car.People particularly like the "racetrack t/lights".We have been contacted by the dealership twice to see how everything was going.We are happy to say that the sales experience and the car have really exceeded our expectations,which doesn't happen that often these days. More

I'm taking the time to write this review because I was very pleased with Steve LaClaire's responsiveness on two occassions - even though in the end I bought neither vehicle. Although for me the used vehi very pleased with Steve LaClaire's responsiveness on two occassions - even though in the end I bought neither vehicle. Although for me the used vehicle on their lot did not work out, I would quickly return there looking for my next one, and recommend that others also give them an opportunity in case your experience is as pleasant as mine. When i went to Goss to find a used van for my daughter (she is a harpist and needed a latge vehicle to move her harp from venue to venue) i was impressed by the vehicles available at a reasonable price. I was even more impressed by the sales team who took the time to understand my need and led me to exactly the right vehicle. They went out of their way to make the paurchase easy, no hassle. When an accident unexpectedly forced me into the automobile buying market this past week, I had no idea which Burlington area dealership would end up presenting me with the best vehicle selection an automobile buying market this past week, I had no idea which Burlington area dealership would end up presenting me with the best vehicle selection and service. Having been in Vermont for about a year and a half, I had never needed to do any SUV shopping before. Well as it turned out, the first stop I made at Wille Racine’s Jeep in South Burlington turned out to be the only place I needed to go. And these words are coming from a guy who has driven Chevy vehicles the past 13 years. From the friendly, knowledgeable service I received from sales consultant Aldo Borja and the rest of the staff which advised me, to the wide range of impressive Jeep models in their lot, I was instantly impressed from the moment I walked in the door, and remained that way until I purchased my 2012 Grand Cherokee Laredo. The service was professional without an ounce of the pushiness you can get at a lot of other places, and they allowed me plenty of breathing room to weigh my options. Even after shopping around at a few different dealerships in the area, Willie Racine’s Jeep continued to stay at the top of my list throughout the buying process. Not only do they have a comfortable, upscale showroom without all of the hoopla and gimmicks you can see at other dealerships, their consultants did a great job showing me their vehicles, and their finance department worked very quickly with the banks to find me a great rate. They more than surpassed my expectations, and made me such a good offer in my first week of SUV shopping, that they essentially made my decision for me. There was never a need for me to bargain or haggle. Additionally, the 2012 Grand Cherokee seems to be the best mid-sized SUV in the market, with an impressive 290-horsepower V-6 engine, and of course legendary Jeep four-wheel drive for tough Vermont driving conditions. I honestly couldn’t find anything in its class that even came close to it for a price tag under $30,000. This is an unbiased review from a person who did not know a single person at Wille Racine’s Jeep prior to stepping foot in their dealership this past Monday. I recently made the decision to upgrade from my 2004 Jeep TJ Sport but I didn’t want to lose the “JEEP” or “Wrangler”. I spent nearly 2 years looking and researching different Jeep JK models and decided that TJ Sport but I didn’t want to lose the “JEEP” or “Wrangler”. I spent nearly 2 years looking and researching different Jeep JK models and decided that the next Jeep would be more practical so the Unlimited won. The only problem was the previous year’s engine was pathetic to say the least and really no improvement over the TJ. When Jeep announced the replacement engine for the Wrangler with improved mileage and power I decided to take one for a test drive. I headed out to Willie Racine’s Jeep in South Burlington and was met by the nicest sales lady I have ever met, Linda “The Jeep Lady” Larose who not only met me in the parking lot as soon as I pulled into the lot and parked. Linda I can say honestly treated me like I was family or a longtime friend. Most sales associates will butter you up and tell you want to hear just to make a sale. Linda is different from the introduction outside of the building to her finding the vehicle I wanted was the most honest sales woman I have ever dealt with. Talking to her is like talking to your favorite aunt or sister, understanding knowledgeable and sweet. Being fussy I wanted an Unlimited Rubicon because it’s not a true 4x4 without lockers, unfortunately Linda did not have one on her lot. That would have made most dealers say sorry try back in a few months, but not Linda. Linda took the initiative and started getting everyone who wasn’t tied up to find my Jeep. Not long after she and the team found a Black Forest Green Rubicon Unlimited loaded the way I wanted. Unfortunately there was one down side, to get my Jeep from another dealer they had to give that dealer whatever they wanted in trade. While Linda was busy keeping me updated on the status of the swap I was finishing all the other fun stuff buying a new vehicle entails. This surprisingly was quite pleasant their finance department mainly Gino Girelli was very helpful and courteous so taking the news about payments etc. isn’t nearly as painful as usual. Linda worked her “Jeep Lady” powers and managed to get the vehicle early Friday afternoon and the service department had it all ready to go for me by noon on Saturday. Rating the rest of the Dealership is tough because I didn’t deal with most of them, but Linda and Gino are top notch. Dealing with them is pleasant and you don’t get that “I’m being taken for a ride feeling” you usually get when approaching a dealer. There is a closer Jeep dealer to my residence but I’ll drive the extra forty minutes and go to Willie Racine’s when it comes time for another purchase. More
