I was on the hunt for a nice used vehicle. My girlfriend referred me to Goss Dodge where she bought a brand new "hot" red Dodge Challenger with black racing stripes...anyway...the salesman, Albert Eklund tr referred me to Goss Dodge where she bought a brand new "hot" red Dodge Challenger with black racing stripes...anyway...the salesman, Albert Eklund treated her very well. We contacted Mr. Eklund and set up an appointment. Albert was very courteous and patient. For we looked at several used vehicles, test driving them, making Albert run to sevice several times to investigate cost for parts. Only to decide on the original vehicle I looked at a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Negotiating a price was not painful and drawn out. I appreciated Albert's willingness and energy in trying to make me a satisfied customer. I am grateful I met my girlfriend who drives a hot car and who referred me to Goss Dodge. I had only gone to Honda over the weekend and test drove an Odyssey. I have never owned a van and I was not even sure that a van was what I needed. I felt rushed through the NUMBERS of the potential trade in value of my 09 Equinox...the options for leasing and/or buying....I also felt PRESSURED to make my decision VERY fast as the "deal" had to be done by the 31st. I did not like the fact that the rear side windows did NOT vent in the Odyssey. I also did not want all of the electronic options...too high tech for what I will actually use. I have never been to Goss Dodge before and it was not even in my head to go there. I simply started at the north end of Shelburne Road and began driving south, stopping at dealership parking lots looking at the vans in the lots. I liked how MANY vans Dodge had so I was more confident that I would find something to my liking. As soon as I walked in the door, I was directed to Wayne Brown as my sales person. I did NOT feel "sized up"..in other words I have felt in the past like the sales person was trying to decide if I was worth the effort to make a sale. Wayne listened to what I was saying.....took me to see the range of options in the Dodge Caravan and even suggested loading up both of my DROOLY mastiffs in the van to see if "they" liked it. I was very relaxed and very pleased with the process. More

I can't say enough about Goss Dodge and especially Adam Brown. He was awesome! He didn't badger us or push us with our budgetary numbers. He was eager to earn our business and he did! We bought a Honda Ridgeline in November of 2012; Adam continues to check on us and our truck; making the experience all the better. Before we signed the paperwork on the truck, we went over some cosmetic issues we had with it. Adam promised us he would have it taken care and he did! A few months after the purchase we brought it back for the touch ups to be done; they gave us a loaner while they had it and when we picked it up and was PERFECT! No more issues, no inconveniences and no problems! Goss Dodge, more importantly, Adam, worked really hard to make our dreams come true and I'm confident that he will be there the next time we are in need of a car or truck. Before Dodge, my fiance and I had pretty much wrote off dealerships with over a year of negative experiences. To say we were skeptical was an understatement. Adam calmed our fears and turned our opinions about car dealerships around completely! He's a friend at the end and you will be the owner of a great vehicle that Dodge will stand behind, effortlessly. GO DODGE! Thanks Adam!! More

The first day I saw the Honda Ridgeline on their web site I fell in love. I sent an email to inquire about pricing and trade in of my ’03 Civic SI. I received a response from Adam with in the first 24 hours. It took some time but my fiancé and I finally decided to visit the dealership (with hesitance due to other dealers) to see if they really could work some magic. Once arriving at the dealership Adam was very friendly, down to earth, & eager to help make the best deal for us. We pretty much spent the entire day working with Adam (our sales guy) and Todd (our finance guy), they kept working numbers the best they could until we finally reached a payment and price that my fiancé and I could work with. We are now the proud owners of our very own 2007 Honda Ridgeline, a dream I was not sure would ever come true. However thanks to Adam & Todd it did! I would recommend Goss Dodge, their sales & finance team to anyone looking to get a good car, at a decent price with great customer service! More

He found the best priced (for us) mini van they had to fit our wants and needs, said "swing by and check it out". So I did...no pressure, easy conversation about options and potential rebates and discounts. The finance/trade checker guy was really honest and easy to talk to as well (sorry--I'm HORRIBLE w/names!). They offered a great deal for our trade and found another discount on the day of delivery. This was the easiest car buying experience we've had!! We will definitely be back! More
