I loved my experience at Goss Dodge. Vince was kind and realistic and spoke to me as a friend (albeit one who knew a lot about cars!) rather than a run-of-the-mill salesman. Went to Goss Dodge to look at their new line of Ram trucks and dealt with Lee Priddy as my salesperson... well I was always leery of dealerships and their pressure tactics but I didn't sense that at al trucks and dealt with Lee Priddy as my salesperson... well I was always leery of dealerships and their pressure tactics but I didn't sense that at all at Goss Dodge. My experience at Goss was a great experience the second time around. The first time I stopped by and asked to look at the Chargers I felt like I was blown off a little. Albert was a great guy to work with, was not pushy in any way and the friendliest car salesman I have ever met. Even after I made the purchase Albert is still working with me to keep me happy as far as the service and prices I receive from the service dept for mud guards, etc. I would definitely recommend Albert Eklund if you want to stop in and take a look, he is by far the best in the business! We live about an hour and 20 minutes away from the dealership and were able to do everything over the phone or via email for the purchase. Andrew Melvin, our Sales Representative, was ready and willing to answer any questions we had. When we arrived to pick up our new Durango, there were many people ready and waiting for us. We met the whole team! The Sales Manager greeted us with a hand shake and knew our names and what we were purchasing right away. We didn't leave there with any questions. I also take pride in knowing that no matter what, through the life of the car, they will be there to answer any questions or do maintenance on the vehicle. I would recommend Goss Dodge to family and friends, and already have! My in-laws purchased their Chrysler Mini Van from them and had the same wonderful experience. More

All of the people we encountered at Goss Dodge were wonderful, and although Andrew was our salesman, everyone else was willing to answer our questions as well. Because we live about three hours from Shelburne, all of the preliminary stuff had to be done over the phone as we shopped around. Andrew was consistently friendly and helpful, which in the end brought us to our decision to buy our truck from them. Although he washed and prepped the truck we told him we were interested in, he patiently waited as we looked around, drove, and eventually purchased a completely different vehicle. His lively and fun personality made our shopping and decision making much more bearable, yet his professionalism throughout the entire ordeal was second to none.
