I would like to state that we visited many dealerships in the pursuit of a new vehicle. We were completely undecided about brand or even style of vehicle. We were so thoroughly impressed with Albert Eklund the pursuit of a new vehicle. We were completely undecided about brand or even style of vehicle. We were so thoroughly impressed with Albert Eklunds knowledge of the car and willingness to show us every feature available. He made absolutely no judgement as to our budget or whether he considered us serious buyers. The most successful Car salesman of all time was a gentleman in Pennsylvania. When asked why he was so successful he said that he never judged anyone and treated every person as a serious buyer. He was quoted as saying that if someone comes in wearing swim trunks or looking homeless or wearing a business suit, he treated everyone the same. He actually had a shoeless/ shirtless man pay him cash for a car. Albert was so knowledgeable and willing to spend his time with us (we are not techy people and didn't even realize how nice some of the features were) that we most likely ended up with a Chrysler because of him. We spent all of 5 minutes in the Ford dealership. The young man there had to look at the back of the car to know which model he was showing us. The Honda dealer acted as if it was and inconvenience on a cold day to show us a car and figured it was a Honda and would sell itself. Our Nissan salesman was very nice and willing to help us, but the office managers style left a bad taste in my mouth, it was very controlling. I mean if you don't trust your employees why should I? So well done Goss for hiring people like Albert who actually LIKE cars and the people they sell them to. Sincerely Michele Swift More

I had been thinking of trading my car in for a newer model but had a very specific replacement type in mind. I got on Google one night and lo and behold, the exact used vehicle I had been waiting for w model but had a very specific replacement type in mind. I got on Google one night and lo and behold, the exact used vehicle I had been waiting for was in their lot. Better yet it was extremely low mileage and from Florida. Who would have thought a Dodge dealership would have the Subaru I wanted. Although at first I felt they were asking too much, my salesperson Wayne Brown got the price down enough that I was willing to reconsider. My wife and I were recently in the market for a new vehicle. While doing some searching on the interenet we came upon a new 2013 Chrysler Town and Country Touring L at Goss Dodge that met our needs. I vehicle. While doing some searching on the interenet we came upon a new 2013 Chrysler Town and Country Touring L at Goss Dodge that met our needs. I called on Thursday 03/21/2013 and spoke with Andrew Melvin, one of thier sales people. Andrew checked to make sure the vehicle that we had picked out was still in stock and we amde an apoointment to meet with Andrew the following afternoon. On Friday 02/22/2013 we drove from Pittsford to meet with Andrew. When we arrived Andrew was waiting for us and the vehicle we were interested in was on the show room floor. Andrew spent a considerable amount of time with us explaing the features of the vehicle and then moved it from the show room so that we could take it for a test drive. Needless to say after driving the vehicle and realizing that not only did it meet but exceed our expectations we told Andrew that we wanted to purchase the vehicle and take it back home with us. Andrew made all the necessary arrangements to make sure this would happen. Just a couple of hours later we were on our way home with our new vehicle. During the time that we spent with Andrew he was a pleasure to work with. Never did he put any pressure on us to puurchase the vehicle and he was friendly, treated us as if we were family and spent his time making sure that we drove away with the feeling that the next time we are in the market for a new vehicle that we will return to Goss Dodge. Not only was our experience with Andrew fantastic but others at Goss Dodge were part of this experience. The fiance manager worked with us to find the best financing while keeping in mind that we had given him a preference in loan companies to work with. When I had questions the finance manager, although busy with other customers as well took the time to answer my questions and make me feel like I was the only customer that he was working with that day. Before leaving the sales manager stopped and introduced himself and personally thanked us for choosing Goss Dodge to meet our needs. A special thanks goes to those people that we did not meet that made sure the car was prepped, washed and ready to leave with us in a very acceptable amount of time. Bruce and Pam Sherwin More

After shopping around at different dealerships it was an easy decision to buy from Goss Dodge. I stopped by a day earlier then scheduled and was help by a fairly new salesman ( Neil ). I explained that I spoke with Steve and which car I was interested in. He proceeded to set me up with a test drive and explain the in's and out's of the car leaving little to question. He then left Steve info of my visit and when I arrived the next day he was ready with the car parked in the front of the building and the appraiser ready to look at my trade. The buying process was quick and painless and while talking to the finance officer he opened my eyes to new options in the buying process which made good sense. Steve was great at explaining each step as we went along and when it was done I bang the gong. More
