Very crooked. Will change interest and loan terms. Got loan terms in writing. Agree to purchase. Drive 6 hours to pick up vehicle. After driving for over 5 hours, Will change interest and loan terms. They proved why you don't trust car salesman and their finance officers. Can change loans anytime. This went thru won't do remote sales, have no time to change loan terms. Should be illegal tactic. After work was done I noticed fluid was covering the back of my car. I spoke to the manager and he got me in right away to figure it out and fix it. Turns out they didn't secure a transmission hose and it of my car. I spoke to the manager and he got me in right away to figure it out and fix it. Turns out they didn't secure a transmission hose and it was spraying fluid. They took accountability and fixed and cleaned everything. Everyone makes mistakes but this was my first experience with them and it doesn't give me confidence in their work. Also the manager should have gone further to compensate me for the mistake. I had to drive back to the dealership and wait another two hours to get it right. How about a free oil change coupon for the next time? Or refund half the cost of the service they messed up that led to the issue? More

Recently, when dropping off my vehicle for minor warranty work, Angie mentioned that the Bronco was also about due for an oil change. She thought it might be convenient for me to have that done during the s work, Angie mentioned that the Bronco was also about due for an oil change. She thought it might be convenient for me to have that done during the same shop visit as the warranty work. That suggestion was very much appreciated. Later that day while driving to pick up the Bronco, I noticed the vehicle I was driving was also about due for an oil change. When arriving at the dealer, I asked Angie if there was a possibility of having that vehicle's oil changed that day as well. Although I did not have an appointment for my second vehicle, without hesitation, Angie said "absolutely". So I swapped vehicles and later that day stopped by to pick up my second vehicle. That flexibility was also very much appreciated. Thank you, Angie. Angie and Tim always go out of their way to make things convenient for their clients. That's why they are our preferred vehicle service partners. More
