From the time I contacted them to look and test drive the truck, with a fair market price to the multitude of available finance promotions available at the time made it easy to close the deal under their no-pressure sales culture. I was so pleased with my buying experience. I also brought my son to Gordie Boucher in Thiensville to purchase his first car two days later! I would recommend buying from this Ford dealer. More

Always willing to help. I had my normal oil change, but they also fixed my rattling heat shield. Where I went before this they would not do anything about it. Purchase of new 2020 Escape Hybrid Very happy with no-pressure sales team of Hirak and Mark. Worked hard to find the color of the vehicle for us out-of-state (Persian Green). They also communicated frequently by text, phone and email, keeping us informed along the way. We used my company’s X-plan pricing and Mark advised us on the best way to get the maximum incentives from what Ford was offering. When we received the vehicle, Mark helped us set up my Apple iPhone to it and walked us through the vehicle’s major features. Above all, both Mark and Hirak practiced social distancing and sanitization methods as much as possible during our visits. All in all, a very courteous and professional experience. More
