Our high miles, but solid Ford Explorer needed A/C service. We worked with Tim on this visit. Although the fix was not inexpensive--it never is with A/C repairs--Tim provided an accurate diagnosis a service. We worked with Tim on this visit. Although the fix was not inexpensive--it never is with A/C repairs--Tim provided an accurate diagnosis and valuable advice about what should be repaired and why. The Explorer's repaired A/C works like new and we expect to get many tens of thousands of additional miles of life from this vehicle. The service was very good. Mark is a great salesman. We have doing business with Mark for many years. Bought our last car there back in 2009. Sure are a lot of changes in the new cars with all the techn have doing business with Mark for many years. Bought our last car there back in 2009. Sure are a lot of changes in the new cars with all the technology. Still learning about that and had to come back and have Alan show us how things work and to pair our cell phone with the car. Our new car is a 2021 Escape Hybrid. Really nice and gets over 40mpg. The service department is always great too. More
