Great customer service and communication at the front desk. Down on the service technician. A little stumped as my rear blinker was not working and flashing quickly after I picked it up. I tried to j desk. Down on the service technician. A little stumped as my rear blinker was not working and flashing quickly after I picked it up. I tried to just take care of it myself with a new bulb. That was not the fix. Would have been nice to get it taken care of when it was there a few days ago. More

Mark treated me very respectfully and was very transparent. He made us feel that he was working “for” us. I haven’t really experienced that in the past.
