I originally purchased my car here 8 years ago. It’s a bit of a hike away from where I live. I had a major issue with a leak in the windshield that nobody else could find no matter how many times I told them the issues I was having over the span of months. Needless to say those dealerships and auto shops negligence caused significant water damage to my control box that needed to be replaced as well now. I’m so thankful for this dealership being able to not only figure out the problem within an hour of when I dropped it off. But they kept me in the loop the entire time and did an excellent job fixing my car. It was well worth the drive up and I will bring my car back for any service work needed and likely the purchase of my next vehicle! More

What I am very disappointed in is that on Friday, December 1 I went in for a standard oil change and received confirmation that my battery was checke What I am very disappointed in is that on Friday, December 1 I went in for a standard oil change and received confirmation that my battery was checked also and in good condition. The very next day on Saturday, December 2 my battery died completely; this is what caused me to have to come back in only two days later, when the battery should have actually been checked and not just signed off on a sheet. I feel the multi point inspection was just pencil-whipped and not actually completed which is very concerning. More
