The car left the lot with a door dig which I noticed as soon as I got it home. They fixed it right away. Then I got the clear title in the mail and the car was listed as Blue when in fact it is Oxford whit soon as I got it home. They fixed it right away. They said it was now my responsibility to go to the DMV to get it corrected. Not one person there caught the door ding OR the incorrect color on the invoice. They should have at least offered to correct the mistake on the title. Won't go back to this dealership. ' More

My husband had his oil changed and a week later the oil pan shield lost a bolt while he was driving on the highway. The bolt punctured our back tire. I thought Ford could at least compensate us for half the cost of the new tire since the bolt coming out was obviously either stripped during the oil change a week prior or not tightened well enough. Didn't even offer us a free oil change....nothing. Needless to say, no compensation was offered due to the fact that we didn't have the bolt that fell out of the shield itself. Hard to find a bolt when your going 70mph down the highway and this happens. This was NOT just a coincidence. I have bought 9 trucks from Gordie Bouche Ford in Menomonee Falls over the past years.
