Tim Cesar did not treat me with the customer service I have come to expect from The Boucher Auto Group. I specifically asked him to check if there were any discounts or coupons, without hesitation he said have come to expect from The Boucher Auto Group. I specifically asked him again to check and when I picked up my vehicle he was at lunch and another service rep helped to check me out. I again asked before paying and there indeed was a coupon available to me. I asked about a faulty tire pressure sensor. He said he'd have it checked, called back and informed me the estimate for replacement was $240. Once I picked up the vehicle the sensor continued to read faulty in the same position, right front even though the tires were rotated. It made no sense to me so I questioned if the tires were even rotated. I later found that the premium extended warranty I purchased when I bought the car covered the replacement. But Mr. Cesar never checked on that either. Very disappointed in his customer service. More
