I had a half hour appointment that took two hours. There was no communication as to what was going on. Angelo was too busy, Norma helped get me set up and a different guy came to get me when the truck There was no communication as to what was going on. After being told by a different dealership we needed a new engine in our motorhome, Boucher was much more thorough and found that all we needed were some fairly minor parts replaced.
