OIL CHANGE Stopped in spur of the moment and was told I could not get an appt. until Wednesday. I explained that I was working from home in West bend and could n Stopped in spur of the moment and was told I could not get an appt. until Wednesday. I explained that I was working from home in West bend and could not come down during working hours to get my oil changed. Usually when I am in the office which is just a mile away, I can drop it off and pick it up after work. Service manager Mike spoke to someone and in less than a half hour I was out the door with a smile on my face. That what I like about Mike. he is a doer and makes things happen.
