Excellent people to work with, made the process pretty easy. Had the Make and Model for which I was looking for, took my trade-in, and all was done in a matter of hours on one day, so drove home same day easy. My experiences was good. I enjoyed working with Joe Jubran Then tag on window stated that the brakes were inspected , But having my car for only a month i have to replace the back brakes that means i have to b Then tag on window stated that the brakes were inspected , But having my car for only a month i have to replace the back brakes that means i have to buy new rotors calipers and brake pads, Also the back shocks needs to be replaced. So the person who did the inspection did not do a very good job. Im not happy with the service department. More

He will make a good salesman. Also talked some with Bob Krueger who is always helpful and informative when in the Service area. I prefer working with him when Service is required. My wife and I have now purchased three vehicles from Boucher Ford. All three experiences were great! The negotiations were simple due to competitive pricing and friendly sales staff and General Manager. Boucher Ford. All three experiences were great! The negotiations were simple due to competitive pricing and friendly sales staff and General Manager. Financing was easy and friendly staff as well. The dealership itself is clean and welcoming, and finally the service department has always been top notch. They have been honest and helpful during regular maintenance. The only issue I had was a Ford issue from the manufacturer. I purchased a brand new F-150 June 30th with less than 50 miles on it. On my way home from dealership, the truck made a scraping metal rattle sound, almost like I was dragging my tailpipe. It made the noise on the freeway for about 30 seconds and went away. It then happened a few blocks from my house on the same trip home. The noise appeared every single time I drove it until the following Monday when I returned to Boucher Ford service department. The had the truck for 5 days and test drove it numerous times to replicate the sound. They found the issue and there was a hole in a vacuum hose related to my 4 wheel drive. Charles in service was honest and provided frequent updates, which made me confident they would take care of the problem. I was pleased with Boucher, but disappointed with Ford on this particular truck. It kind of ruined my excitement about owning a new truck almost instantaneously as I left the dealership after signing the paperwork. In fact, my first 10 days of ownership, the dealer had it longer and put on more miles than I did. I hope Ford doesn’t have more issues like this with brand new vehicles. I’m happy Boucher did a nice job, and hopefully there are no more issues for many, many years. More
