After my 2nd try still mot happy with the outcome. They dealer did their best. Still disagree that the backup sensors are working probably. I’ll call contact Ford to figure out. I have to hit someone to have it work. Not happy. Why out things on a vehicle and nit gave them work. Same with my stop/start, that doesn’t work either. They claim it was fixed but 2 days later it stopped working. More

Terrible sales guy. Bought a new Ford Edge from him in 2010 and when I came back to pick it up it still had adhesive stuck on the aluminum wheels. He told me I could bring it back any time to have the Se 2010 and when I came back to pick it up it still had adhesive stuck on the aluminum wheels. He told me I could bring it back any time to have the Service Dept. remove the adhesive. I took the vehicle back and they told me it would take 3 hours and did not offer a loaner vehicle. I ended up not waiting for them and took the car to a tire dealership and paid them to remove the adhesive. More
