I've used them for service in the past and my experience was exceptional. This time I had an issue that I noticed a day after my oil change, my car was leaking oil on my driveway. I called and they said to was exceptional. This time I had an issue that I noticed a day after my oil change, my car was leaking oil on my driveway. I called and they said to come in today or tomorrow or as soon as possible. I went to the dealership where Errick Clay took care of me again. He's been very helpful and has made me feel taken care of. I never had to wait, both times he had me pull my car right up to the shop. Despite there being an issue, I thought Errick and the other employee's customer service was great and would definitely recommend them. It's great they have a waiting area with wifi and refreshments so I always remember to bring my computer. The young technician who gave me my keys back was very apologetic after fixing my car. Everything was good to go in a matter of minutes. I just told the guys, hey, things happen and if that's the worst thing that happens all day we still had a good day. The point is that they fixed my car promptly and never once did I get the "oh you don't know what you're talking about you're not a car guy" attitude. More

Talked to Robert Krueger about purchasing a new set of Goodyear tires for my 2019 Mustang convert. Got a great price and set appointment. Boucher did pick up my vehicle by their employee, Terry Price, Thr Goodyear tires for my 2019 Mustang convert. Got a great price and set appointment. Boucher did pick up my vehicle by their employee, Terry Price, Throughout the day, Boucher kept me up on the status via text and Robert called to let me know my Mustang was on the way.
