I drove in and immediately was greeted by the person who got the vehicle ready and your order written up. By the way, she was very polite and efficient. While waiting, Pam, who does the baking and keeps the refreshments stocked up, offered me a goodie bag to take home, which I always say yes to. I was constantly kept informed on the progress of the work done on my truck. This is a well-oiled machine that they have, and each and every one acted very professional.
