The Gordie Boucher Dealership in West Bend was very proactive in taking care of me as a customer. John Zieja was very pleasant to work with and he took care of me every need. The concierges were very f proactive in taking care of me as a customer. John Zieja was very pleasant to work with and he took care of me every need. The concierges were very friendly and helpful. They had a courtesy vehicle to take me home after I dropped my vehicle off for repairs and again to come and get me to take me back to the dealership when my vehicle was repaired. John kept me in the loop as far as repairing my vehicle. He took care of the warranty and getting the parts needed, and also let me know what I needed to pay. After my vehicle was repaired and I returned to the dealership, John asked if there was anything else I needed and if everything was ok, took me to the paying section and vehicle keys. I would especially like to thank John Zieja, my Service Consultant for taking excellent care of me, and Andris Kursietis, the concierge for driving me. I would like to thank the Gordie Boucher Dealership of West Bend for taking excellent care of me! More

I was told by representative I would be in and out for a 3 minute job installing a tail gate bumper under warranty and I waited 45 minutes. After 45 minutes I had to approach a different service representat 3 minute job installing a tail gate bumper under warranty and I waited 45 minutes. After 45 minutes I had to approach a different service representative to remind them I was here. I was told paperwork must have been misplaced. The Service Manager found my warranty work as my original service rep went to lunch. 10 minutes later a Christmas tree plastic screw and tailgate bumper was placed back on my truck. I was Disappointed as I usually go there for all my work and I was told I would be in and out because it was a quick fix but needed a tech to screw in screw to be covered under warranty. More
