Service rep was nice, told me a free wash would be included. Truck wasn't washed when I picked it up and drivers door had multiple greasy fingerprints. Overall I was pleased but initially had a huge stain on rear seat so final prep inspection was inadequate. Then a 2k addition was added without knowledge.
