Very kind and courteous, but sold me 24 lug nuts that they said were mushroomed out. This vehicle has 90000 miles and the tires have only been touched 2 other times for tire besides Boucher. For maintenance on my 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid the pricing for the service was fair but I will say that the service was only scheduled for 3 hours ended up taking 6 hours to get done. And the Service manager for the service was fair but I will say that the service was only scheduled for 3 hours ended up taking 6 hours to get done. And the Service manager Jeremy communication was Subpar and needs improvement if service is gonna take longer I was happy that I was able to get picked and brought to and from the Dealership at no cost. Overall the experience was not bad just hoping going forward communication just needs to be better. 3 out of 5 rating. More
