Took over a month for a simple repair. Service writer would change her story at least three times during any conversation. Poor customer service, and insufficient updates for the customer. Drove the vehicle less than 200 miles after finally getting it back and had to have it towed as it was not safe to drive. More

I was told if I can't give five stars to let someone know but figured why bother doesn't do any good why they are not able call back when they say they well I used to be really happy but after buying the but figured why bother doesn't do any good why they are not able call back when they say they well I used to be really happy but after buying the Lincoln navigater not so much usually Dakota gets right back let's me know what's going on with my service work he has gotten like the rest of service your just hanging in the air and no one can tell you anything cause they don't know either unfortunately there the only certified Lincoln dealer ship so I am out of luck to go somewhere else I have 6 grandkids and that's the bigger vehicle was told I would know Tuesday I would know when work would be done didn't call today husband calls Dakota off and know one there had a answer I am the shuttle for my grandchildren I am in a panic on how I am going to keep figuring out pick ups I am sure it won't bother anyone that I am done buying vehicles there I am sure I am just a pain in the butt spend 66 thousand dallors have the worst interest rate and a vehicle that's keeps having the same problems doesn't help any More
