It’s not a big deal, but I only got the invoice for my paperwork. I had the 60k service done and I like getting the service paperwork that shows the details of like tread life and the different things th paperwork. I had called my rep after I got home about the service video didn’t get sent. I had noticed on the invoice that some of my contact information was incorrect, so we got that corrected. He said he would do what he could but wasn’t able to promise the video would get sent. These are very minor issues but they are nice to have. I think things will go more smoothly next time since we did get the contact information corrected. More
