I don't believe in any way that this experience is the fault of Elisha, but I made an appointment on line had to wait a week because I needed service for issues as well as a oil change. Dropped vehicle Sunday night for a 7:45 am appt .on Monday at 2pm Monday vehicle was still not even in the shop. Was ready at 11:30am next day. My thoughts would be if you cant get your appointments when they are scheduled block out times to catch up on your service work. I understand that everyone is short on help, but I was frustrated that my vehicle hadn't even been looked at yet at 2pm and had to be kept overnight. This is my 2nd explorer my 1st was 2015 and this is a 2020. I much preferred my 2015 for its reliability. Not sure how the dealership can fix fords quality issues. Cant wait for the fix for the hands free blue tooth in July as it is irritating to say the least to have to keep switching back and forth from call to privacy. 2019-2021 Ford and Lincoln vehicles exhibit intermittent audio voice heard through blue tooth. Engineering will be releasing a service fix in early July 2021. Monitor OASIS for updates. Anyway 3 of the 4 things I needed fixed were taken care of so at least that's progress. thanks More
