GB Ford is great! I choose GB in Janesville versus the IL location near me for SO many reasons! Each person I've run into over the course of service appointments (routi I choose GB in Janesville versus the IL location near me for SO many reasons! Each person I've run into over the course of service appointments (routine maintenance) is friendly and seemingly genuine. I mentioned possibly needing new brake pads and was told no, you're good for at least another oil change or so. Sure enough the squeak I heard was likely another vehicle but they could've nabbed me for brakes. (That would have likely happened at the IL location!) We will be vehicle hunting soon and heading to this dealership as well. Hands down, I love this place. Thank you! More

oil change and service work for noise I brought my car in for an oil change and to find out about a noise that had been there since May. I was very pleased with the tech/mechanic that rod I brought my car in for an oil change and to find out about a noise that had been there since May. I was very pleased with the tech/mechanic that rode with me. He was persistent in doing things to make the car make the noise and we did hear it and he solved the issue. This has been going on since May so this guy really worked at finding it and solved the problem. With that said, I had "The works" oil change done. it lists right on the invoice that the battery was check and was good. The next day I was stranded with a dead battery. I didnt say much because I wasnt sure if it was possible that it could test good one day and die still the next but then 2 weeks later (i was gone one full week 10 days to be exact) I used the washer fluid and the light came on to say that I was low on washer fluid???? how can that be? I thought fluids were checked and filled.....now I question if they even changed my oil....I had always worked with Ben in service and he was gone one day and now was told I have to work with Elisha. I think I should be able to pick who I work with as well. I would like to think everything else was done but it sure makes me question when these two big items were not taken care of. More

Fast, friendly professional service at a good value. From being let into a climate controlled area out of the cold and rain and being greeted right away, I felt welcomed and that I was in good hands. Everyone was kind and made sure I knew what was happening each step. I decided to wait for my oil change and tire rotation. Th he lobby was very comfortable and was stocked with multiple tables and chairs along with fruit, coffee, water and soda. They were "pretty busy" and apologized if there was a delay. I waited for about 40 minutes and my car was completed and pulled up waiting for me. It was f as fantastic service from start to finish and a great value! More
