Customer Service Like No Other Elisha is an MVP!!! We're from the Chicago suburbs and while we were in Janesville for a youth sports tournament, our Expedition became undrivable. This happened over a weekend and I had no idea what we were going to do. Thank God for Boucher Ford and Elisha! Through their care line, she got in touch with me right away, EVEN ON A SUNDAY! Long story short, the engine needed to be replaced and Elisha did all the leg work and negotiations with our warranty company to make it as painless as possible. I have NEVER seen anyone that has been treated unfairly in all my visits. I stop by now and then just to say Hi because the way I'm treated. Everyone been great to my entire family. For that reason alone I don't go anywhere else for my auto needs. If it's service or time to replace my auto they're to ones I chose to go see. Clarify estimate I was told my wipers needed to be replaced. After being charged for the rear one I questioned why it was changed because it states it was tested. If t I was told my wipers needed to be replaced. After being charged for the rear one I questioned why it was changed because it states it was tested. If they had tested it, they would have realized the rear wiper is inoperable and it was not necessary to charge me for putting a new blade on the rear. In the past I had them quote me how much it would cost to fix it and that and it should show that. Ben has offered to credit me the amount so I hope that will happen at my next visit. More
