I bought my mazda c here and recently brought it in for oil change, ect. The service was impeccable and I waited while it was completed, it didn't take very long. The waiting area is customer friendly and stocked with beverages and donuts. I actually enjoyed my wait! The price was less than I paid at other oil change businesses for my old car. I am a completely happy customer and will never go anywhere else. More

Always pleasant service. Complimentary beverages are always appreciated while I wait for my car. The car feels so smooth each time I get lubed up and my favorite part of this last visit was fixing the i always appreciated while I wait for my car. I bought my 2018 Escape in December of 2018. You had to replace the engine in the summer if 2019. I took my car to the Rockford Ford dealership for an oil change last week and was informed that there were replace the engine in the summer if 2019. I took my car to the Rockford Ford dealership for an oil change last week and was informed that there were anywhere between 2-4 leaks. They recommended that I take it back to Boucher since they put the engine in, less than a year ago. I am not happy that I have had this issue. My husband and I have bought our last four cars from this dealership. I can honestly say that neither one of us will be back. We live 50 miles away and drive to Janesville for our service out of respect for our salesman, Dave, who has since retired. We are not happy with the way we have been treated the last number of visits. We will not be back. I am alright if you remove me from your email list. More
