Very poor customer service and communication. Not happy at all! All a runaround with staff. Have been waiting for warranty covered work to be done since May 2021, one being bad rotors (machine wa Not happy at all! All a runaround with staff. Have been waiting for warranty covered work to be done since May 2021, one being bad rotors (machine was down on May 15,2021)had a broke speaker (was “supposedly” emergency back ordered) so they were going to repair both when the speaker came in. Have inquired numerous times and was told speaker hasn’t come in yet every single time. Scheduled a oil change on March 3,2022 for March 11,2022, inquired again and was told they can’t find anything about any of it and they will look into it and call me before they close, never got a call so I asked again at my oil change appointment on March 11. I was told they can find anything about any of it and the service guy I had (Ben) no longer worked there so they couldn’t ask him and now my cars warranty is expired. Was told the best they could do is talk with the Service Manager and see IF maybe they could still do it and back date it to be covered. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED as all my service etc has always been done here, no where else!!!!! I bet I don’t even get a call about it like they promised. Is this how you treat your LOYAL FORD CUSTOMERS?!?!? More
