Service was fine, representative was nice. I have an extended warranty that was confirmed, but had to wait a day and half to pick up vehicle after work was completed as warranty company didn I have an extended warranty that was confirmed, but had to wait a day and half to pick up vehicle after work was completed as warranty company didn't pay immediately. Felt like vehicle was being held hostage till payment came in, which it did. Gotta be a better way to handle warranty payments. More
