I'd prefer not to discuss further. My service record is in the dealership. They need to investigate internally: - More inventory on hand for standard repairs (Brake calipers) - Staff training to insure all needed parts are identified the first time - Test drive procedures to verify a completed repair - Discount policy for slow / incomplete repairs.

That wasnt what my review was referring too, but ok. You were quick to upcharge and charge for a diagnostic service that regardless of what you say, pertained to the initial service that I brought it in for previous. The original problem was intermittent and this issue was the same. Having my vehicle for 7 days, should have found and corrected the problem.
