I am writing for my recent visit on 7/10 since I did not receive a survey. I dropped my car off at 7:30 after having made an appointment weeks earlier. I requested to have it done by 3, which I was told “no problem”. I arrived at 3:30 and was told there were still multiple cars in front on me and it’d be another hour. I had to walk to a local business since I had no ride anywhere else. I arrived back an hour and fifteen minutes later and my car was still not finished. I finally got a call and was told they couldn’t do a tire rotation since the lug-nuts were swollen. I was given the option to pay an additional $140 to get it solved, however at this point, I was not about to spend another dime nor even more time waiting. So, at 5 (2 hours after I requested it be done, 9 1/2 hours after I dropped it off, and an hour and a half after I was told it’d be one more hour) I finally received my car back for only an oil change. 2 hours late and I didn’t even get the full service I came in for. My biggest frustration is how simple so much of this anger could have been avoided if I had gotten a simple curtesy call to tell me it would be late. Instead, I inconvenienced a friend who drove me to and from work, was stranded since I didn’t know to go home or arrive later, and had to have my husband leave work early for an appointment I should have been home for. The decent thing to do would have been a simple call to let me know they couldn’t honor the timeline they told me. And then I wasn’t even given a survey or a chance to give feedback. Extremely disappointed by a business I previously trusted. More

I has such and amazing experience with the guys at gorde. Everything went well with the 175k-ish Service on our 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid. We purchased the vehicle Ford Certified Used in July 2012 from Gordie Boucher in Janesville. Parts and Labor for Driver-Si 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid. We purchased the vehicle Ford Certified Used in July 2012 from Gordie Boucher in Janesville. Parts and Labor for Driver-Side Front Door Window Switch Module was not immediately available, but came with the day around Independence Day Holiday and service was completed a day after a few days ago. Gordie Boucher Service Department has always done well by our vehicle and we look forward to the next Service down the road. More
