The service was excellent. Unfortunately the dealership was not able to support my heated steering wheel request. Purchased a 402A package in my F150 Tremor and the heated st Unfortunately the dealership was not able to support my heated steering wheel request. Purchased a 402A package in my F150 Tremor and the heated steering wheel was deleted and credited however, I was not informed when purchased. It was on the window sticker noted as a credit but I didn’t realize not having this option as I have in the past with all my Fords as I always buy the top option package for the model. Very disappointed not having the heated steering wheel and for the last 6 months I feel I was just strung along as my sales person was looking for an option through the dealership to support my request. Unfortunately I was told there is nothing they can do! Again, very disappointed…. More
