They were going to charge me $140 to check my windhsield fluid malfunction by taking the fender off to check the resevoir instead of just checking the hose thats in easy acess. I did that myself at home for fluid malfunction by taking the fender off to check the resevoir instead of just checking the hose thats in easy acess. I did that myself at home for $2 for just the T-connector piece to connect the hose by the spray heads. They did not top off ANY fluids (I guess I can accept the windshield fluid not being topped because of a possible leak...) And no multi point inspection was done and I was almost charged $60 for that oil change. Even though I specificially asked for The Works package... More

I like the facility, but they are getting a little sloppy, last visit the setting on my car were messed up, this time when I drove home my car was making a terrible sound. It was a skid plate, a piece of plastic that was dragging from underneath. There is no way that shouldn’t have been caught while there. I drive back on interstate 90 and had to pull over get out and look under the car to see what going on. Not a good spot for a 73 year old man to have to do. So I wasn’t to happy. More

Always have a positive experience with the service department. My Key Fob was stuck in the ignition, turns out nothing mechanical was wrong something sticky got on the key and that prevented it from b department.
