I happily got my recall work done on my aging Ford Fusion, but it took forever for the parts to come in. Can't fault the dealership for doing that. They also coordinated with my regular mechanic to Fusion, but it took forever for the parts to come in. Can't fault the dealership for doing that. They also coordinated with my regular mechanic to do the brake work that I needed done, with no problems and I didn't have to come in and do anything, which I definitely appreciate. More
