My service consisted of an oil change and investigation of why two tires (previously repaired at another non-affiliated service location) were losing air. The service technician rapidly identified a probl of why two tires (previously repaired at another non-affiliated service location) were losing air. The service technician rapidly identified a problem with two valve stems that were installed elsewhere, less than 6 months ago, and only replaced the needed parts under very reasonable labor. While they could have replaced the entire TPMS sensor assemblies (I would have no way to know if they were the cause or not) they replaced only the part that was faulty showing honestly and integrity in their operation. More

Overall oil change was good. Didn’t change mile sticker so not sure when new oil change is needed. Didn’t reset low tire pressure light and I thought there was complimentary car wash, but didn’t get one. I so not sure when new oil change is needed.
