We apologize that you are upset by the findings in the inspection. This vehicle does have 130,000+ miles on it and oftentimes, when vehicles age, we do start finding some maintenance needs. As we discussed, none of the items we found were safety items, but we still have a responsibility to let you know what we find wrong on your vehicle. We also did look back in the history of the vehicle and there were no findings of any of these issues when we sold you the vehicle, and no findings were reported during your past safety inspections.
